Olivia Andersen
My name is Olivia Andersen and I am a senior. This will be my third year on the high school swim team and my 8th year of club swimming. I’m very excited to help lead our team and support all our swimmers. I hope this season is a great one for everyone!
James Kang

My name is James Kang and I'm super excited to be a captain again this year. I have been swimming competitively for most of my life and my favorite events for high school swimming are the 100 fly and 200 IM. I believe that we have a really good chance of winning districts this year and am pumped for this season. GO LAKERS!
Jackie Benincosa
Hi, I'm Jackie Benincosa, a senior at LOHS and I'm super excited to be a captain this year! I've been on the swim team since my freshman year, and love the exercise I get from it. I also like hiking, paddle boarding, and going to bookstores.

My name is Steven, currently a senior here at LOHS and have been a member of the swim team my entire high school career. As a sprinter, my main events are the 50 and 100 free, meaning I also specialize in clutching relays. I am incredibly grateful for the chance to serve as a captain this year and am looking forwards to a phenomenal season.

I'm Gianna La Fond, I'm currently a junior and this is my third year on the LOHS swim team. However, I've been swimming since 3rd grade and have always loved the sport! In my free time I like to listen to Taylor Swift and other music, along with reading and watching tv. I’m super excited to be a captain and hope to have an amazing year!
Maxwell Spurr

I have swum competitively since I was 6, and since, then pool has been a large part of my life. I play water polo and captained the water polo team to our first state championship. I love to grind, but I also deeply value having fun and building a community. I am looking forward to a great season!
